We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer Canada wide shipping.

All items are carefully bagged and boarded, packed in cardboard and wrapped with an additional layer.

Other items are shipped according to Canada Post Flat Rate Shipping Boxes.

Downtown comics is not responsible for damages caused by the shipper.

Base cost for shipping comics is $13.10.

Free shipping is available on all orders over $150.

At this time, Downtown Comics only ships within Canada.

Add your text here to answer the question. Where possible, it's best to keep text roughly the same length across all the answers. We have a ramp over a small lip at our front door. The shop has some narrow spaces that wheelchairs cannot access. Please don't hesitate to let any of our staff know if you need help reaching something on a shelf or table or need us to move anything to help you gain access. The front doorway width is 30 inches, 72 cm and the front doorway ramp grade is 37 inches by 3 inches, 94 cm by 8 cm.

At this time none of our staff are fluent in ASL. We can communicate through written notes or text. We try our best to look at customers and speak clearly and slowly to ensure that we are easy to understand. Please let us know if you need the music volume lowered or turned off.

Our staff do not wear scented products.

We have a gender neutral washroom that is free to use with no purchase necessary. It is small and would not fit a wheelchair. The width of the bathroom door is 25.5 inches, 65 cm. We carry a few items in the bathroom that are free for the public to use including: period products, sharps container, and plastic cups.

We strive to have all of our out of store events in fully accessible spaces.

For in store events: we can seat approximately 10 people, and have space for another 5-10 standing.
